We are looking for a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves assisting the attorneys of a mid-sized Chandler law firm off the 101 and Ray Rd with various aspects of civil litigation, from case management to trial preparation. You will be working in a law firm, helping to maintain the smooth functioning of our legal proceedings. Some remote work may be available (1-2 days a week)


Responsibilities:


• Assisting in the preparation for trials, including organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs

• Utilizing case management software to track and manage cases effectively

• Handling the administration of claims and overseeing the billing functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Managing calendar schedules and meeting deadlines to ensure smooth workflow

• Utilizing Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) to perform tasks

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents to support attorneys

• Providing excellent communication to clients, lawyers, and court officials

• Ensuring the efficient processing of customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Utilizing civil litigation skills to handle complex cases

• Preparing and organizing documents for electronic filing with the court.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal
• Proficiency in using Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and other relevant Case Management Software
• Familiarity with CompuLaw is required
• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively
• Strong skills in Briefing and Calendar Management
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation
• Proven experience in Trial Preparation
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
