Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will work with students to diagnose and treat speech, language, and munication disorders, enabling them to succeed in their academic and social environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, and munication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Create and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed to meet goals.
- Provide consultation and training for parents and teachers to support speech and language development at home and in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from ASHA preferred but CFY candidates are wele.
- School-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
