Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) | Monday through Friday

Compensation:$35-43 an hour, based on experience

Position Summary:
ProCare Therapy is in urgent need of a skilled Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Naperville, IL. The role is critical in delivering specialized instruction and support to students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will be able to assess and grade student work across various subjects.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) customized for each students needs.
  • Offer focused instruction and aid to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Work in collaboration with other educational professionals to maintain an inclusive and supportive classroom.
  • Adapt educational approaches and resources to meet the varying needs of students.
  • Regularly evaluate student performance and modify teaching techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid PEL Licensure with an LBS1 Endorsement in Illinois
  • Experience in special education is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree Required
