Soliant Health is seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist for OvernightShifts

Position:Staff Pharmacist
Setting:Long Term Care
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for permanent hire
Schedule:11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 5x8 Schedule

Key Responsibilities (PV1 Duties):

  • municate with doctors and nurses to verify prescribed medications.
  • Ensure accurate medication orders and patient safety through effective clinical assessment.
  • Provide medication counseling and answer drug-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Valid PA pharmacist license.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and effective munication abilities.
  • Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as scheduled.
