Exciting Full-Time Paraprofessional Opportunity in Fontana, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and certified Paraprofessional to join our team in Fontana, CA. This full-time position allows you to make a positive impact by supporting students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.
Position:Paraprofessional
Location:Fontana, CA
Hours:Full-Time
Certification:High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Classroom Activities: Assist with lessons and adapt materials for students with special needs.
  • Encourage Participation: Help students stay engaged and manage behavior.
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist with mobility, hygiene, or feeding as needed.
  • Track Progress: Observe and document students progress and share updates with the teacher.



Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require additional coursework.
  • Certification: May need certification or to pass a qualifying exam.
  • Experience: Experience with children, especially those with special needs, is preferred.
  • Skills: Good communication, patience, and organizational skills are essential.
