Position: Social Worker
Location: Tinley Park, IL
Pay: Competitive rate of $50-60+ per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to support individuals and families in need, providing essential resources and guidance to improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans that address client needs and goals.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with various life challenges.
- Connect clients with community resources and services to support their well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to coordinate care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting services as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to client assessments and services provided.
- Stay current with best practices and regulations in social work to provide high-quality support.
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois state license to practice as a Social Worker (LCSW or LSW).
- Experience in a clinical or community-based setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with our recruiting team.
- Zoom Interview: Detailed interview session with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the role.
- Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the Zoom interview.
