Soliant Health is urgently seeking an Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a retail pharmacyin Reno, NV. This is a 4-6 week contract position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidatemust be an experienced and flexiblepharmacist to step in and lead the pharmacy team during this time.

Job Details:
  • Role: Pharmacist-in-Charge
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: 4-6 weeks (could be longer)
  • Shift: Must be flexible to acmodate store needs
  • Location:Reno, NV
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist in Charge.
  • Oversee the pharmacy team including pharmacist and technicians.
  • Ensure pliance with all federal and state regulations, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, counseling, and dispensing medications as needed.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
  • Previous supervisor or manager experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be licensed as a pharmacist in Nevada
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a leadership role and manage the pharmacy independently.
Additional Benefits and Travel Details:

    • Meals Per Diem - Each Shift Worked
    • Mileage reimbursement at $0.50/mile (round trip)
    • Hotel/lodging booked and paid directly by Soliant (no out-of-pocket expenses for the candidate)
