We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The candidate will be involved in various tasks including assembly, custom fabrication, and loading/unloading. This role requires attention to detail, ability to handle repetitive tasks, and willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments.
Responsibilities- Look at work orders and attach handles and hinges to cabinet doors.
- Glue sides of doors, clean, inspect, and perform other tasks at the prep station.
- Use basic hand tools and a tape measure to assemble doors.
- Put hardware on products.
- Perform multiple tasks in custom fabrication such as fabricating solid surfaces, sanding, building desks and die walls, and creating countertops.
- Make backsplashes, vanity sinks, coat racks, display cases, and other custom woodwork.
- Load and unload semis, handle shipping and receiving tasks (only if selected for this department after a walk-through).
We offer a friendly and supportive work environment. Employees can enjoy company lunches on the last Thursday of the month, occasional donuts, and the ability to listen to music while working. We also conduct annual reviews on the anniversary of your start date.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
