Soliant Education is currently seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join a supportive and dynamic school team for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year, with the opportunity to extend into the 2024-2025 school year. This position is onsite and available as both full-time and part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for elementary-aged students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and mental health services to students as needed.
  • Offer consultation services to staff and parents regarding student behavioral and emotional issues.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide support during emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development as required.
  • Work with students to enhance academic performance, social-emotional well-being, and overall school success.

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential.
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students.
  • Must be available to work onsite.
