Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for moving products with a forklift, specifically structural steel on and off flatbed trailers. You will also assist in providing products for welders and fabricators. You can expect to spend 75% of your time outside moving products around.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move structural steel on and off flatbed trailers.
• Assist in providing products for welders and fabricators.
• Handle materials, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate order picking and packing.

Essential Skills

• Experience in forklift driving.
• Proficient in material handling.
• Experience working with structural steel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in loading and unloading trucks.
• Experience in picking and packing orders.

Work Environment

This is a typical shop environment where you will work with structural steel and production welding. The position is primarily first shift, with hours from 5:30 AM to 4 PM Monday through Thursday, and 5:30 AM to 3 PM on Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
