A leading company is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team in Goshen, IN. This role is pivotal in providing financial stewardship and supporting the Plant Management team in achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate financial results to non-financial professionals and foster collaboration across departments.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations on financial performance to business leadership.

  • Lead the completion of the annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring all key inputs are considered.

  • Drive month-end financial close processes, prepare detailed analysis of operational and financial data, and support capital expenditure activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA and/or MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of related finance experience, including financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and resolve issues.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong business partner relationships.

Location: Goshen, IN - Onsite
Salary: $125 - 140K + 15% bonus
