Job Description
Immediate need for detail-oriented, entry-level and experienced Electrical Assemblers. We are looking for candidates who have an interest in learning and advancing in the electrical industry while working in a shop environment. The position involves working in a production-based fabrication warehouse environment, wiring up panels as well as breakers, basic material assembly, MC cable cutting and installation, electrical device installation, final assembly QC and wiring, panel build and termination, and quality control. The role also requires communication and coordination with the internal project team, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Responsibilities- Wire up panels and breakers.
- Perform basic material assembly.
- Cut and install MC cables.
- Install electrical devices.
- Conduct final assembly QC and wiring.
- Build and terminate panels.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Communicate and coordinate with the internal project team.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Experience as an electrician or panel builder.
- Knowledge of control panels, assembly, 480v, 24v systems, transformers, relays, and PLCs.
- Experience in residential electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in electrical assembly and panel building.
- Skilled in using hand tools, particularly drills.
- Must be located within or near Morristown, TN.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a workshop, where you will be standing at a workbench for the majority of the day, assembling panel boxes. The environment is production-based and involves working with various electrical components and systems.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, Tennessee.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00
