Location: Raynham, MA

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team in Raynham, MA. As a BCBA, you will be essential in supporting students' behavioral and academic success by developing individualized plans, collaborating with school staff, and guiding interventions to create a positive learning environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to individual students.
  • Provide direct and consultative services, supporting teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents in implementing behavior management strategies.
  • Track and analyze data on student progress to refine and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
  • Offer training and supervision to staff to ensure consistent and effective application of behavioral plans.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
