Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Fairhaven, MA. The SLP will provide assessment and intervention services to students with speech and language disorders, fostering their munication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create effective munication strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Massachusetts SLP license.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a school environment is a plus.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
