Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Baler in Berlin, NJ.

As a Warehouse Baler, you will:

  • Operate baler machinery to compress and bale recyclable materials
  • Ensure proper sorting and disposal of materials into the baler
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during baler operation
  • Collect cardboard from various operating stations throughout the facility
  • Perform and complete other work as assigned

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience operating balers or similar machinery
  • Ability to lift heavy materials
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Safety-conscious and reliable

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay rate: $17.50

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
