Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Production Worker to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks related to facility maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production or manufacturing environment and be comfortable using hand and power tools. Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and perform standard repairs to facilities.
  • Document facility maintenance requirements and maintain records of work performed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
  • Partner with maintenance service contracts related to HVAC, lawn care, and snow removal.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools without supervision (training will be provided).
  • Assist with remodeling of office and shared spaces.
  • Oversee the maintenance of various devices and appliances.
  • Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance at all facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately.
  • Carry out skilled DIY and general maintenance work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ months in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Hand and power tool experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide inches and pounds using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and understand tape measures and calculators.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Ability to measure parts as part of quality checks.
