As a School SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed academically and socially. Your role will include conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and implementing evidence-based therapy techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement effective IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Oklahoma state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
