Job Description

We are now hiring manufacturing workers in Gray, Maine. Join one of the leading manufacturers in the state and become part of a growing workforce. We are seeking career-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company. No specific experience is required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Perform bench work and seated assembly tasks.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and static-free work environment.
  • Lift and move items weighing 25-30 lbs 2-3 times per shift.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Hand dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to learn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs 2-3 times per shift.

Work Environment

Work involves bench work and seated assembly in a static-free environment. The first shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm (with potential overtime until 4pm), and the second shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 4pm-3am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gray, Maine.
