Job Summary:The Surgery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of instruments and implants required for surgeries. This role includes managing inventory logistics, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with sales personnel to meet surgical schedules. The Surgery Coordinator also oversees the transportation of inventory between warehouses and medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize surgery management systems and FedEx programs to loan, receive, ship, issue, and monitor inventory.
  • Ensure the safe and accurate delivery and retrieval of inventory, including restocking and handling emergency runs to appropriate facilities.
  • Coordinate with sales personnel to ensure timely and accurate submission of requisitions to meet surgical demands.
  • Package, label, and ship instruments and implants using appropriate shipping protocols and FedEx programs.
  • Accept and execute assigned tasks with attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
  • Participate in the 24-hour emergency "on-call" service and work during holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, sales support, or inventory management.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Client's product groupings and familiarity with other division product lines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, information systems, engineering, or other technical fields.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
