What You Will Be Doing:
As a Business Analyst, you will develop processes enabling the analysis of data from diverse sources and offer recommendations to the management team based on your insights. The Business Analyst will closely collaborate with Managers and Senior Executives to foster a profound comprehension of the business, furnishing accurate and factual data to bolster business growth and advancement.Primary Responsibilities:
Accountable for establishing a formalized methodology for recognizing, scrutinizing, and interpreting trends or patterns within intricate data sets. Collaboratively make recommendations based on findings.
Utilize market assessment data to pinpoint expansion prospects for our business via data analysis and interpretation.
In partnership with others, create and maintain databases and data systems vital for projects and departmental operations.
Gather and extract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources (OLGA, UCC 1, DOM, Dodge, etc.).
In coordination with others, devise and implement data collection systems and alternate strategies enhancing statistical efficiency and data quality.
Conduct fundamental statistical analysis for projects and reports, concurrently crafting graphs and presentations delineating project outcomes.
Develop top-notch automated dashboards showcasing data.
Generate regular and impromptu reports as necessitated.
In charge of aggregating monthly and weekly reports such as Sales Opportunity and Forecasting, PINS and POPS, Lost Sales / Participation, Marketing Lead Generation Performance, Competitive Market Intelligence, and Board Reports.
Attain proficiency in extracting insights from existing data, comprising internal data sources, online activity, and external market and industry data, and convert them into actionable insights.
Prepare reports for Management, potentially encompassing the creation of graphs or PowerPoint presentations for visually expounding on statistical data, aiding strategic planning with Sales Groups or Management.
Attain a comprehensive grasp of customer market segments catered to by our diverse business units, the associated products and services, and employ statistical data to navigate positive business growth. This encompasses analyzing historical trends and forecasting future conditions.
Responsible for identifying data within our systems requiring refinement to uphold data integrity at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in mandatory safety programs and maintain a secure work approach.
Support Operations Managers in conducting operational reviews (PRIDE Reviews) across our Client's Area of Responsibility (AOR) and provide counsel on action plans to deliver the Client's Advantage.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Able to present intricate information in a coherent and persuasive manner.
Skilled in queries and report writing.

Proficiency in data mining techniques and procedures, discerning their suitable application.
Overnight travel required (within the state).
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience utilizing SalesLink CRM, DBS, and any other relevant Caterpillar Dealership Data System.
