We are offering an exciting opportunity for a part-time Bookkeeper in Chanhassen area. As a bookkeeper, you will play a role in AP, AR, sales & use tax, QuickBooks experience, and other accounting duties. This will pay up to $32/hr and roughly 25 hours per week. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the sales tax reconciliation process.

• Examine and verify sales records.

• Ensure sales align with the correct tax rates.

• Monitor sales nexus and register to remit sales tax to new states.

• Maintain and update vendor accounts accurately.

• Efficiently input bills into system.

• Utilize Excel and Quickbooks to perform bookkeeping tasks.

• Apply problem-solving skills to address complex issues.

• Prioritize tasks effectively and work proactively.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bookkeeper role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations
• Demonstrated skills in Bookkeeping
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
