Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $17/hr

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse by efficiently organizing, moving, and managing materials, supplies, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive, store, and retrieve materials in the warehouse.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Organize materials in designated storage areas and ensure proper labeling.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment.
  • Support warehouse management in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in inventory control and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or material handling is preferred.
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
