Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling, and run large machining centers such as VTL or HBM. Responsibilities include editing and maintaining CNC programs, performing machine setup and operation, and implementing continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for the inspection and measurement of machined components, interpreting blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T, and applying various inspection methods (hand gages, CMM, etc.).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio.

Work Environment

You will work with 2-3 story tall VTL/Boring Mills, which can be a bit intimidating. Ideal candidates will have experience machining parts at companies like BWXT, Cleveland Gear, or Horsburgh & Scott due to the size of parts/machines they are familiar with. Our facility houses the largest Roll Forming & Press Break machine in the Northern Hemisphere. You will work under the direction of the Team Manager and be responsible for safely producing quality parts in a timely manner. Currently, we have three large machining centers with potential growth opportunities to learn multiple different machining centers.
