Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
