Press Brake Operator

Paying $24 / HR - $30 / HR

Location - Vancouver, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Will be operating a CNC Amada Press Brake.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Doing set-ups of materials and working independently once fully trained.
  • Performing first article/part inspection to quality standards.
  • Assist on the CNC laser and other shop duties if bend work gets slow.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of CNC Press Brake experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience doing own set ups.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and basic fraction/decimal conversions.

Environment/ Shift:

  • Custom metal shop environment.
  • Must be ok with a non-heated environment.
  • Both bay doors are open in the winter time.
  • Employees must be ok with working in cold weather and warm weather in summer.
  • Day Shift: 5am-3:30pm. Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
