Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:Athens, TX
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to K-12 students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will support students with varying developmental needs by developing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and parents, and enhancing students' functional performance in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid CA TXlicense.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
