Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a diligent Payroll Clerk to join our team based in Pasadena, California. This role primarily involves managing payroll operations and supporting accounting functions in our organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Monitor and review timecards and payroll data for discrepancies and errors.
• Assist in accounting tasks, including account reconciliation and maintaining financial records.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other relevant accounting software systems to facilitate tasks.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform audits to verify the accuracy of payroll information and procedures.
• Support other accounting functions as needed, including Accounts Payable (AP) and benefit functions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards in managing sensitive information.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skills in Auditing procedures

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
