Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze company tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Analyze financial documents and reports to identify tax-related implications

• Implement tax plans effectively, from preparation to execution

• Support financial audits by ensuring tax documents are available and accurately maintained

• Advise on tax-saving strategies in accordance with compliance rules

• Regularly update on tax regulation changes and their potential impacts

• Resolve tax notices or discrepancies by liaising with IRS or other tax authorities

• Consult on corporate finance matters

• Assure corporate income tax compliance to assure accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for efficient processing and analysis.


Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Cl Programming, and Concur

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Auditing and Balance Sheet Account management
