Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a wonderful client in the KC metro that is looking to bring on a Cash Applications Specialist on a contract that will last till end of the year.

  • Invoice Management: Perform pre-bill binder check-ins and related communications, print and mail hardcopy invoices, and submit electronic bills through the eBilling Hub.

  • Billing Support: Manage the Billing Support mailbox, responding to inquiries, opening tickets as needed, and editing pre-bills (including narrative edits and transfers).

  • Documentation and Backup: Gather necessary expense backup documents for client invoices and provide general support to the billing team, adapting to current and future business needs.

  • Standards and Compliance: Consistently meet or exceed production, quality, and accuracy standards, adhering to department policies and procedures.

  • Client Communication: Address inquiries from clients and third parties promptly, ensuring resolutions meet established department standards.

  • Professional Communication: Deliver effective oral and written presentations, ensuring all communications are professional and tailored to the specific circumstance.

  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and effective communication within the department and across other corporate or firm departments, including accounting and finance groups.

Pay: $25 - $30/HR



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
