Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment and ensure quty control
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and monitor for adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to analyze imaging results and provide accurate diagnostic information
  • Prepare and process radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety protocols
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records

Qufications:

  • ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology or NMTCB certification (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) required
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology
  • Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging equipment and techniques
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with patients and healthcare professionals
