Location:Glen Ellyn, IL
Company: We are pleased to announce an opening for a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join a school district near Glen Ellyn, IL, for the upcoming academic year of 2024-2025.
Position Type:Part-Time (could potentially work out Full-Time hours)
Compensation:44-47/hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and devise personalized treatment plans for students requiring occupational therapy services.
- Foster collaboration with educators, support staff, and parents to seamlessly integrate therapy objectives into the educational framework.
- Administer direct therapy sessions and deploy interventions to enhance students' functional capabilities.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress and ensure effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- State certification or licensure specifically for school-based occupational therapy.
