Job Description

This is a mechanical maintenance position. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on various machines, including bearing machines, wire cutting machines, shape enders, centerless grinders, and motors. A significant portion of the job involves rebuilding gearboxes. The candidate needs to be proficient in using manuals to replace parts or bearings on the machines. Additionally, the role requires working on hydraulic pumps and various types of motors and troubleshooting pumps.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on machines.
  • Work with bearing machines, wire cutting machines, shape enders, centerless grinders, and motors.
  • Rebuild gearboxes, which will be a primary task.
  • Use manuals to understand and replace parts or bearings on machines.
  • Work on hydraulic pumps and various types of motors.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic pumps.
Essential Skills
  • Mechanical repair experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Preventive maintenance experience
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
