Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Type: Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)
On-Call: 1 day a week and every 6th weekend
Additional Shift: One later day during the week
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab RCIS or Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves working in a busy cardiac catheterization lab, where you will assist in clinical special procedures. The position requires on-call duties one day per week and every 6th weekend, along with one additional late-day shift during the week. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac catheterization and meet all licensure and certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and special clinical interventions
- Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Perform radiologic imaging during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Provide support during on-call and weekend shifts as needed
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure and registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
- Active Indiana State Board of Health General Certificate for Radiographers
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization or special clinical procedures
- Successful completion of a radiological diagnostic education from an accredited program
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
- Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
