Bookkeeper

LHH is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our client’s billing and accounts payable processes using QuickBooks. This role is crucial to maintaining the company’s financial health and ensuring smooth operations. The position will sit onsite, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with the team and contribute to the organizations success
Duties:
Manage and process individual client billing based on contracts
Enter, code and process payment for vendor invoices
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is accurate.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
