Job Description

Onicon manufactures and rebrands flow meters for the HVAC industry. The product will be used mostly for industrial chillers on properties such as universities, shopping malls, hotels, etc. Current opening is for 3 positions on split shift: 11:30am - 8:00pm. Responsibilities include a combination of calibration, programming, assembly, and testing. Candidates with experience in PC Boards, wire cutting and stripping, crimping, soldering, multimeters, and packaging product are encouraged to apply. Soldering experience is not mandatory as training will be provided to candidates with a good attitude and aptitude. Proficiency in computer usage, including Excel, ERP systems, and Bills of Materials, is required. No blueprints are needed; work will be based on visual instructions that are easy to follow. Candidates should be comfortable getting their hands dirty and familiar with hand tools and small power tools.
