Position Summary
As an SLP, youll work with students to address speech, language, and communication challenges. Youll collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to design and implement effective therapy plans that enhance students' academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on students goals.
  • Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to integrate therapy techniques into daily routines.
  • Document progress and make data-driven adjustments to interventions as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current New York SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for empowering students to achieve their potential.
