Production Associates will:

  • Follow work orders and written instructions to setup and operate various machines in the plant, working alongside experienced staff to increase in skill
  • Set up and operate machine for production runs
  • Ensure the correct tooling and programs are being run for each job
  • Adjust machine feed and speed, change tooling, and make adjustments to machine controls during machine malfunction
  • Calculate machine speed and feed ratio, as well as the size and position of each cut
  • Use precision measuring tools
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
Pay/Shift

19-24/hr

2nd shift - 2pm-10:30pm - M-F

3rd shift - 10pm-6:30am - M-F

Hard Skills
  • Entry level CNC operating
  • Production or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to adjust machine feed and speed
  • Ability to change tooling
  • Ability to make adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions
  • Ability to calculate machine speed and feed ratio

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
