Job Description: We are looking for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a school district near Lexington, MA. The position is available for both full-time and part-time roles, and requires experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades 5-12.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Work with students using AAC systems to enhance communication and learning.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology License.
- Experience with AAC systems is required.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
