Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Hackettstown, NJ. In this school-based position, you will work closely with students to promote independence and enhance their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students educational goals.
- Monitor and document students progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- New Jersey state OT license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not required.
