ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and creating a supportive and collaborative work environment for our team.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • State licensure, if applicable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
