Are you a passionate healthcare professional dedicated to ensuring the well-being of students in a school setting?

Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the Falls Church, VA area. These full-time, on-site positions offer the rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one care for students across all grade levels (Kindergarten through 12th Grade).

What You'll Do (Depending on qualifications):

  • RN:
    • Conduct prehensive health assessments for the assigned student.
    • Develop and implement a personalized care plan in collaboration with the student's physician and family.
    • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
    • Monitor the student's health status and provide emergency care as needed.
    • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure the student's needs are met throughout the school day.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for the student.
  • LPN (if qualified):
    • Assist the RN with providing care for the student, following established protocols and under the RN's supervision.
    • Monitor the student's health status and report any concerns to the RN.
    • Assist with medication administration and other treatment procedures as delegated by the RN.
    • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support the student's well-being.
  • CNA (if qualified):
    • Provide basic care for the student under the supervision of an RN or LPN, following established protocols.
    • Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, feeding, and dressing.
    • Monitor the student's health status and report any concerns to the RN or LPN.
    • Create a positive and supportive environment for the student.

Qualifications:

  • RN:
    • Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and practices.
    • Excellent assessment, munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • LPN:
    • Active Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of pediatric care principles and practices.
    • Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of an RN.
  • CNA:
    • Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
    • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of basic care principles and practices.
    • Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
