Join a well-respected multi-specialty practice in southern Virginia, seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on sports surgeries. Step into an established patient panel, seeing mainly shoulder and knees at the premier partner of regional collegial sports, high school sports, and a minor-league baseball team. We offer a quick and clear path to partnership, where you could benefit from earning potential upwards of $800K. In addition to owning the building that we practice in, we also have a fully developed PT program and clinical research program that generate a steady stream year over year.

About the Practice:


  • Guaranteed base of $450,000 plus production
  • 2 year track to partnership with a group of collegial surgeons
  • Blocked OR time with opportunity for ownership at our nearby surgical center
  • State-of-the art equipment - Mako Robot, digital Xrays, hydrotherapy
  • On-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms
  • Dedicated and experienced support staff for each physician, including medical assistants, NPs, and a care coordinating team
  • Partnership with local D3 college teams, high schools, and professional baseball

Schedule Details:


  • 3 days of clinic, 2 days of surgery
  • Premium paid 1:6 general ortho call
