Job DescriptionJob Description

Join Reset and Make a Difference in Your Local Community

At Reset, we’re more than just a mental health practice—we’re a movement. Born from the vision of a couple deeply rooted in our community, we set out to redefine mental health care. We wanted to build something personal, meaningful, and deeply connected to the lives of those around us. Reset is a reflection of that dream: a local practice where integrity and compassion guide every step we take.

We Are Local. We Are Different.

In a world where mental health needs are growing every day, and big corporations are capitalizing on these needs, Reset stands out as a personal, private, and local provider. We don’t just serve our community; we live, volunteer, and partner within it. From creating free resources to collaborating with like-minded organizations, we are passionate about amplifying positive ripples throughout the neighborhoods we call home.

Innovative Care That Goes Beyond the Chair

At Reset, we believe mental health care should be as unique as the people we serve. That’s why we integrate mindfulness-based modalities—like somatic experiencing, brain training, meditation, yoga, art, and play therapy—alongside traditional talk therapy. We work with tweens, teens, adults, couples, and families to offer a truly integrative approach that embraces the whole person.

If your passion lies in areas like Trauma-Informed Practices, Eating Disorders, Body Image, Bio-Psychology, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS Therapy, Hypnosis, Postpartum/Perinatal Mood Disorders, or Art Therapy, we’d love to hear from you. We’re committed to helping you grow and thrive through monthly professional development, group consultations, and one-on-one supervision.

Be Part of Something Bold

Our vision is ambitious: to help every person build a mindful, meaningful life. We aren’t afraid to think outside the box, disrupting traditional mental health care with innovative services like intensives, retreats, and creative experiences. At Reset, you’ll be part of a team that’s bold, compassionate, reliable, and human.

Our team is special. We’re growth-minded, innovative, and dedicated to the kind of care that changes lives. We’re also deeply invested in each other’s success. At Reset, being an employee means being a team player—and that comes with some extraordinary benefits:

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for both part-time and full-time employees.
  • Wellness Paid Time Off: Time specifically for physical and mental self-care.
  • Parental and Bereavement Leave: Supporting you through life’s big moments.
  • Competitive Pay and Growth Opportunities: Including continuing education reimbursement and personalized development plans.
  • Supportive Infrastructure: From intake and billing teams to marketing and client support, you can focus on what you do best.
  • Connection and Culture: Monthly team outings, celebrations, and special events.
  • Beautiful Workspaces: Thoughtfully designed offices in Plymouth, Northville, and Ann Arbor.
  • A Team That Feels Like Family: Casual dress code, yoga pants encouraged, and a culture that genuinely cares.

We Walk the Talk on Diversity and Inclusion

Universal acceptance is the heart of Reset. We actively promote diversity of thought, culture, and background, creating a welcoming space for everyone. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we’re committed to ensuring that everyone, everywhere feels supported and respected.

Be Part of the Ripple Effect

Join us in shaping the future of mental health care—right here in our community. Together, we’ll create something truly extraordinary.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Excel in Client Management: Set the standard for client care by coaching clients on scheduling expectations, cancellation policies, and best communication practices. Respond to client and colleague communication professionally and promptly.
  • Be a Good Human: Represent the Reset brand with integrity, respect, and kindness—both inside and outside of work.

  • Community-Focused: You’re passionate about giving back, connecting with the local community, and working alongside others to make a meaningful impact.
  • Adaptable to Private Practice Life: You’re willing to embrace the trade-offs of private practice, like working some nights and weekends, in exchange for an amazing culture, casual dress code, great benefits, competitive pay, talented colleagues, and motivated clients.
