What You Bring as a Assistant General Manager:

  • Experience: 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, full-service setting.
  • Brunch Expertise: High-volume breakfast/brunch experience is essential.
  • New Openings: Experience with new restaurant launches is a major plus.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent skills to motivate and lead teams.
  • Thriving Under Pressure: Proven ability to excel in a high-volume environment.
