Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our fast-growing medical device company in Auburn Hills. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for the washing, assembly, and disassembly of oxygen concentrators. This role involves simple tasks requiring minimal hand tool use and allows for movement across various areas in the warehouse to learn different tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform washing, assembly, and disassembly of oxygen concentrators.
  • Utilize basic hand tools for assembly tasks.
  • Follow written manufacturing procedures accurately.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of assembled products.
  • Assist in loading and unloading freight as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.
  • Experience with basic hand assembly tasks, similar to furniture assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure correct assembly of oxygen containers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing and assembly within a cleanroom environment is preferred.

Work Environment

You will work 100% of the time in a cleanroom environment throughout the facility. The warehouse is newer and relatively clean, though it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The role may require you to assist on the dock, unloading and loading freight, and handling potentially dirty pieces. Maintaining a clean workstation is expected. Flexibility is needed to work either the 3rd shift schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (8-hour shift) or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (10-hour shift), Sunday through Thursday.
