About Us: We are excited to announce a rare opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the uping 2023-2024 school year in the Ludlow area. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a school setting, working closely with students and professionals to support their munication and language development.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to assist in the implementation of therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to facilitate speech and language development.
  • Help develop and implement individualized goals and strategies to support students' munication skills.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Provide feedback and municate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).

Requirements:

  • MA SLPA licensure
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach their munication potential
