Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team operating in the industry of accounting software systems, located in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. As a Collections Specialist, your main role will be handling customer accounts, ensuring their accuracy, responding to customer inquiries, and taking necessary actions when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling and processing of customer credit applications
• Ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records
• Prompt response and resolution of customer inquiries
• Regular monitoring and management of customer accounts
• Utilizing CRM to manage customer relations and interactions
• Efficient administration of claim processes
• Regularly answering inbound calls and addressing customer concerns
• Effectively utilizing Epic Software for various tasks
• Administering billing functions in a timely manner
• Implementing accounts receivable (AR) processes and procedures.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is expected for efficient handling of financial data.
• Familiarity with Accurint for conducting comprehensive searches and locating individuals.
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services to streamline payroll and other financial processes.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Epic Software for managing electronic health records.
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to track money owed to the company.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally, addressing customer queries effectively.
• Experience with Billing Functions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Familiarity with Claim Administration to manage and process insurance claims.
• Proficiency in Collection Processes to recover the amount owed by customers.
