Location: Conway, NH
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join our team in Conway, NH. This full-time position offers an opportunity to support students in their academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, students, and families to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Support students with disabilities in academic and social settings.
- Monitor and assist students during classroom activities, lunch, and recess.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
