•Must be able in great physical condition, the role will be physically demanding for long periods of time

•Must be able to pass a fitness exam before a full offer is made

•Must be able to relocate for a 4-month training program

•Must be flexible to a possible relocation after training

•Must have grit and that “I got this mentality”

•Must be hospitable, work well with others and has a leader mentality

•Must be someone who loves working in a team, developing and speaking to small groups

·         Experience and comfortable with some sales aspect of the position
