Exciting Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Bishopville, SC

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in Bishopville, SC? We have a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 school year where youll have the chance to support a diverse group of students ranging from ages 3 to 21.

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Bishopville, SC
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: August 12, 2024 - June 5, 2025
Caseload: 60 students, ages 3-21

Role Overview:

  • Position: Full-time role offering direct speech therapy services.
  • Caseload: Manage a diverse caseload of 60 students ranging from ages 3 to 21.
  • Focus: Provide individualized therapy to enhance students' speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Services: Deliver tailored therapy sessions to meet the needs of students across various age groups.
  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments and develop customized therapy plans.
  • Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into the educational experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

  • Education: Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Relevant South Carolina State licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience: Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLPs are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students of all ages.
